Heather Bailey Employment Relations

The goal of this program is to advise and educate members about labor and employment law issues. NAMA members that have questions arising in the areas of employment law and labor relations, can contact Heather Bailey, Smith Amundsen LLC.  Heather participates frequently at NAMA Expos, seminars and affiliated state council meetings. 

NAMA produces several publications covering various aspects of employment law. These publications include the NAMA Wage Hour Manual and the NAMA Employee Policy Manual. Also a Quarterly Employment Law contribution touching on recent developments in the area of employment relations appears in the InTouch magazine.
