FOUNDATION $CHOLAR$HIP PROGRAM 2012/2013 School Year
Policies and Procedures
Applications will be accepted beginning January 2012

Background
The Foundation of the National Automatic Merchandising Association will award post high school non-renewable scholarships for the fall of 2012. These scholarships will be subject to review and authorization of the Foundation Board of Directors before the announcement-application-award cycle for any future year begins.
An applicant must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications
- Must be a graduating high school senior or student enrolled full-time (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) in a college undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Must maintain and verify a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Must be a full-time employee (minimum 40 hours per week) or the son/daughter/legal dependent of a full-time employee of a NAMA member company and be sponsored by that company.
- Must be an American citizen.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications must be postmarked by the DEADLINE DATE of March 1, 2012.
Winners will be determined through a random drawing of all eligible applicant names on April 2. Two alternates will also be selected. Winners will be notified via email and posted on this webpage.
